Scope of service:

EMS is available at Central PO in 63 cities and provinces nationwide and 58 countries all over the world.
With domestic and local EMS, if the recipient address is outside the destination PO's delivery area; the sender must sign a commitment not to make inquiry about late delivery

Weight and dimensions:

1. Domestic parcels:

1.1. Weight : Maximum weight is 31,5 kg. For block parcels, 50kg is maximum weight

1.2. Dimension: Each item shall not normally exceed 1.5m for any one dimension or 3m for the sum of the length and the greatest circumference measured in a direction other than length.

2. International EMS:

2.1. Weight: Depends on each country.

2.2. Dimension : The same as domestic EMS.

Time limit:

Next day delivery nationwide (24 - 72h depend on destination)

Note: not including Tet holidays (with residential addresses in VN); weekend, holidays, New Year's day (with company addresses). Merchandise International EMS must include Custom inspection time in the destination countries.
